Equivalences

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is at the same academic level as a master’s degree in the UK (RQF Level 7).

It carries 120 credits, representing the taught component of a full master’s or MBA. Learners can progress to a university MBA by completing an additional 60-credit dissertation or equivalent research project.

Assessment methods include written assignments, presentations, case analyses, and practical projects.

The qualification is graded as Pass/Fail.
